The actor stars with the former world heavyweight boxing champion in the comedy sequel, which is set in Bangkok, Thailand, and admits he is very impressed with the retired sportsman's performance as himself.
Bradley said: ''He's very funny, yeah, and he's actually very good in this second film too.
''I've go to tell you, I really think that this could be a great movie. I'm really excited about it.''
Bradley reprises his role as Phil Wenneck in the sequel alongside Zach Galifianakis as Alan Garner and Ed Helms as Dr. Stuart Price.
The first 'Hangover' film, released in 2009, saw Mike's pet tiger returned to him by the trio after they drunkenly stole it.
Earlier this week, director Todd Phillips revealed he would like to make a third 'Hangover' film.
The filmmaker thinks the franchise should be a trilogy and wants to make another movie which is different to the first two.
He said: ''If we were to do a third one, and quite honestly we really haven't talked about it. If we were to do a third one, if the audience and the desire was there, I think we have a clear idea where that would head and it's certainly not in the same template you've seen in these movies and obviously we always envisioned it as a trilogy as you can imagine, the third would very much a finale and an ending.''
